A few questions that have been bugging me lately. Comments and feedback are appreciated!
1. Is it more efficient to focus on just one project or do we need another (or two) side project to help us be creative with coming up with solutions for our main project?
2. What percentage of time should be allotted to speculative meetings, i.e. “let’s grab coffee meetings” that might lead to something but probably will not in the short run?
3. In emerging markets where institutions are weak and governments need to play more of a proactive rather than reactive role, to what extent should they be involved in fostering and nurturing the entrepreneurial ecosystem?
4. How do you signal the end of a “workday” when you can continue to work at home or when your company works with people in different time zones?
