How many of us hide our problems? How many of us put on a fake smile and false cheeriness just to get through the day and to not burden others with our problems? How much effort do we put into in maintaining the carefully kept facades?
People are always deceived by appearance. But the truth is: there is no one who is not going through some kind of a personal crisis. Some just hide them better than others. They hide them for different reasons but mainly out of fear.
Does this mean that to conquer our problems, we first need to conquer our fear of judgement and/or the fear that our problems will repulse others? If so, how do we do so?
